Z Tags™ Bonus Toolbox promotion 2022

Terms and Conditions Australia

1. The promoter is Datamars Australia Pty Ltd (the "Promoter") of 15 Depot Street, Banyo 4014, Australia.

2. Participation in the 2022 Z Tags Bonus Toolbox promotion ("Promotion") is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

3. Employees of Datamars Australia Pty Ltd, their families and friends are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

4. Participation to the Promotion is open to eligible customers in Australia who receive notification of the Promotion.

5. Customers must both (i) purchase one (1) of the following minimum qualifying quantities of Z Tags product through a participating retail outlet:

  • 350 NLIS tags

OR

  • 300 Matching tag sets (Matching set includes 300 NLIS plus 300 One- or Two-piece tags)

OR

  • 750 HDX FET or TagFaster tags

OR

  • 3000 Non-RFID FET or TagFaster tags

OR

  • 3000 PAZ pump action tags

AND (ii) follow through to completion of the invoice to redeem the Gift defined below.

6. The Promotion commences on 00h01 (AEST) Monday 07 February 2022 and concludes at 23h59 (AEST) Saturday 30 April 2022 (the "Promotion Period") or until inventory of Gift is exhausted, whichever comes first. To redeem the Gift, customer must purchase qualifying product as detailed in item 5.

7. The Gift is 1 (one) Z Tags branded toolbox valued at a RRP of $50 AUD (the "Gift"). The Gift may only be redeemed at the authorized, participating retailer from which the Z Tags product was purchased from. Offer must be redeemed at the time of purchase.

8. The value of the Gift is not transferable to another individual or for another product or service. Nor may the Gift be exchanged for cash.

9. Delivery and handling fees are not included and must be paid by the customer.

10. By participating in the Promotion, and unless otherwise advised by you, in accordance with our Privacy Policy, you consent to the information you provide to the participating Z Tags retailer and the Promoter being entered into a database and the Promoter to use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to you. You may request to access, update or correct any information by contacting the Promoter’s office at the address specified below. See https://www.datamars.com for the full Privacy Policy. 11. The Promoter’s decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse redemptions that do not comply with these terms and conditions or which are deemed to be invalid. The Promoter also reserves the right to request additional information regarding any redemption and supporting documents.

12. The Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions, and to vary, suspend, or terminate this Promotion.

13. To the extent permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor any other person or party associated with the Promotion shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect and/or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in the Promotion or with the Offer.

14. This Promotion may be combined with other Offers.
